We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team in various tasks, including content creation, market research, social media management, and administrative duties. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and passionate about marketing with a strong desire to learn and grow in the field. Key Responsibilities: Support the development of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and email templates. Manage social media accounts, create content, and engage with followers to boost brand visibility. Track and report on key marketing metrics, including social media performance, website traffic, and email campaign results. Help organize and coordinate events, webinars, and promotions to increase brand awareness. Assist in managing the company's website and ensuring content is up to date. Maintain marketing databases, and assist with the preparation of marketing reports and presentations. Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings and handling communication with external partners. Qualifications: Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. Knowledge of basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in the marketing field.
