Inpatient Oncology Services
is part of our NCI-Designated Comprehensive Cancer Center. Our Physician Assistants (PA) care for acutely ill patients with cancer including those undergoing blood & marrow transplantation, surgery, chemotherapy and immunotherapy. Our patients have access to some of the most innovative and advanced therapies in the world. Because Kimmel Cancer Center research scientists and clinicians closely work together, new drugs and treatments developed in the research laboratory are quickly transferred to the clinical setting, offering patients improved therapeutic options and the chance to participate in innovative clinical trials.

Minimum Qualifications:
Educations Completion of an AMA approved Master's Physician Assistance Program Licensure: Active Maryland PA license and Board certified or ( certification eligible for new Graduate PA ) by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) Maryland CDS and DEA licensure Provider Enrollment, Chain and Ownership Systems (PECOS) enrollment required BLS Health Care Provider CPR certification required: AHA or Red Cross accepted No PA work experience required; oncology experience preferred
