Project Manager, Global Field Medical Training
Location; Remote, US with 5-10% travel
JOB DESCRIPTION Responsible for coordinating training sessions, managing training content, and ensuring the smooth operation of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and content repositories. Implement the components of the overall global field medical training strategy as directed by the leader of global field medical training. Lead the end-to-end management of training programs in alignment with the overall field training strategy. Manage scheduling and logistics coordination of training sessions. Design and oversee internal communication strategies, ensuring that participants are informed about training objectives, logistics, and expectations through clear, timely announcements. Facilitate live and virtual training sessions (via Zoom or other platforms) while driving engagement and participation among global teams. Manage post-training processes, including recording, editing, and uploading to appropriate learning management systems for future learning needs. Execute content strategy for LMS, Allego, SharePoint, and other platforms, ensuring that all systems reflect current, accurate, and compliant training content, and that content meets regulatory standards relevant to medical affairs. Drive the ongoing development and optimization of training content by organizing, restructuring, and maintaining consistency across internal and external Training Document Libraries. Partner with therapeutic area managers and other pertinent key stakeholders to continuously assess knowledge gaps and develop training curriculum that aligns with global medical affairs strategy. Act as the primary Allego and LMS administrator, managing user groups, training assignments, and platform configurations to enhance user experience and maximize engagement. Ability to create surveys to develop improvement metrics and recommend adjustments to optimize training programs. Prepare and lead pre-conference training meetings with relevant stakeholders, ensuring alignment between training objectives and presenters. Develop and maintain cross-functional partnerships with vendors, external stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure training content reflects the latest scientific information and clinical research. Proactively manage risks and challenges related to training programs and platform management, identifying mitigation strategies to ensure timely and effective delivery of training initiatives. Lead continuous improvement initiatives across training platforms and processes. QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years of Biotech/Pharma or related experience. Bachelor's degree, degree in a healthcare related field preferred. Proven experience in project management. Proficiency in using Learning Management System (LMS) such as ComplianceWire and Allego. Previous experience in content management or instructional design. Excellent communication, follow-through, and interpersonal skills. Strong organization and time-management abilities. Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects effectively. Innovative and curious in approach. Flexible and adaptable as the needs of the organization change. Experience working in a GCP regulated environment preferred. Experience in SharePoint administration preferred. Experience with Zoom recording and editing tools preferred. Travel: approximately 5-10%, officially documented as working full time from home, with travel to offices or other location on occasion as needed
