SLP - acute/OP needed asapDays (0800-1430) no weekendsThe Rehabilitation teams at Samaritan evaluate and treat patients with injuries or conditions that have caused either a decline in self-care, physical mobility or functional independence. The speech therapy teams at Samaritan evaluate and treat those experiencing difficulty with speech sounds, language, voice, swallowing, and cognition (memory, attention, and problem solving). We provide care to adult and pediatric patients with a wide variety of diagnoses in both the acute and outpatient settings. Therapists follow their patients from initial evaluation to discharge, enjoy collaboration with other healthcare team members and therapist-driven treatment times.EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONSCurrent unencumbered Oregon Speech-Language Pathology license required.Certificate of Clinical Compliance from the American Speech/Language and Hearing Association, or active participant in Clinical Fellowship Year (CYF) required.Must be able to travel to multiple points of care.Healthcare Provider AHA BLS required.

Required Qualifications

Speech/Language Pathologist, Acute Experience: 1 year Licenses: SLP-OR Certifications: BLS-AHA AND Speech/Language Pathologist, Outpatient Experience: 1 year On Call: $3 - 2 hr min SSN Required DOB Required Certificate of Clinical Compliance from the American Speech/Language and Hearing Association, or active participant in Clinical Fellowship Year (CYF) required. Must be able to travel to multiple points of care.
