About Our Client
The Design-build General Contractor I am working with has a large network of repeat clients. They have recently opened an office in Raleigh in an effort to expand their market in the south. They have won numerous awards for their projects and have developed great reputation for their company culture. The Assistant Project Manager will be tasked with assisting Light-industrial, Healthcare, and Large scale commercial projects, conception through completion. Job Description
The Assistant Project Manager- Top 100 ENR- Raleigh will be responsible for:
Confer with project staff to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget Prepare daily, weekly, monthly schedule to support and preserve the Contract Project Schedule Review status reports prepared by project personnel and modify schedules or plans as required Dictate or prepare project reports for management, client, or others Confer with project personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problems Take part and assist with the pre-planning and conceptual phase Develop relationships with clients and stakeholders and maintain them moving forward Work with subcontractors - create and maintain positive relationships Assist in developing and maintaining the project schedule .

The Successful Applicant
The successful Assistant Project Manager will have the following:
1-3 years of Construction experience with a General Contractor or Sub-Contractor Personable, money motivated attitude Bachelor's Degree in construction related field Applicable Project Management Software experience preferred Developed thorough understanding of corporate and industry practices, processes, standards, etc. and their impact on project success What's on Offer
The Successful Assistant Project Manager can expect in an offer:
Base salary contingent on experience, ranging roughly $85,000-110,000 Project based bonus structure Career growth potential Outstanding work environment Cell and laptop offered 3 weeks PTO Excellent benefits - health, medical, vision, dental 401k plan offered
