Job Description: Join a dynamic team driving the innovation of the enterprise Data Lake as part of the Data Platform. This role focuses on engineering, pipelining functionalities, and team leadership in an Agile environment. Key responsibilities include:
Managing an Agile team of 8-10 technical developers and capability specialists. Facilitating communication, coordination, and prioritization of tasks within the team. Defining technical solutions, gathering requirements from customers, and interfacing with cross-functional teams. Leading initiatives to ensure objectives are met and timelines are adhered to. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in IT, engineering, computer science, or a related field; advanced degrees are preferred. 10+ years of IT experience, emphasizing integration and delivery of virtual/cloud platforms. 3+ years of proven experience with tools like AWS CloudFormation, Terraform, or similar. 5+ years of industry experience in enterprise environments. Expertise in containerization technologies such as Kubernetes and AWS ECS/EKS. Strong scripting skills in Python, Ansible, and shell scripting for automation. Experience with identity and access management, including:
Identity Federation (SAML) and Single Sign-On (SSO) integration. Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) using tools like Duo or Financial ServicesMS Authenticator. API security and integration with IAM systems.
Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, and Artifactory. Familiarity with design patterns, Agile methodologies, and production application deployment. Technical proficiency across technologies such as databases, directory services, application servers, Linux, and network infrastructures. Experience with scaling CI/CD systems, static code analysis, and microservices deployment. Exceptional communication skills, self-motivation, and creativity. Availability for periodic 24x7 operational support and complex issue triage. Ability to document engineering solutions and designs effectively. Preferred Skills:
Advanced studies or certifications in cloud engineering or related fields. Hands-on experience with Jenkins pipelines, Groovy/Perl scripting, and API integration. Job Requirement
