As a
Project Manager,
you will play a crucial role in overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. Your responsibilities will include managing resources, coordinating with stakeholders, and utilizing your expertise in Construction Management or a related field.
Essential Job Functions:
- Utilize your proven working experience in Construction Management or a related field to effectively manage projects.
- Demonstrate your knowledge of HVAC and Piping Systems, construction details/design, building products, and relevant rules and regulations.
- Utilize construction management software packages, such as P6 or Microsoft Project, to develop resource-loaded schedules.
- Show off your exceptional time and project management skills to meet project deadlines.
- Research and find solutions for any challenges or unfamiliar situations that may arise.
Skills:
- Proven working experience in Construction Management or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
- Familiarity with construction management software packages and overall strong computer skills.
- Proficiency in P6 or Microsoft Project with the ability to provide examples of a resource-loaded schedule you personally built.
- Self-motivated with excellent time and project management skills.
- Strong commitment to long-term and meaningful goals.
- Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment and multitask effectively.
- Experience with estimating is a plus.
