About Our Client
Our client is a reputable General Contractor based out of Atlanta. They have over 40 years in business working on two areas of interior construction which is luxury residential and high end commercial.
Job Description
Support field staff during construction. Efficient conflict resolution amongst all project participants. Responsible for project financial success. Oversee performance of project including project status, schedule, cost control, maintain relationships with clients, designers and consultants. Attend and lead project meetings, including progress, pre-construction and close-out. Review inspection and test data for compliance with specifications. Ensures project site is secure and maintain a safe and respectful working environment at all times by implementing safety, risk management and training. Conducts quality control inspections. Generating and closing leads. Contract negotiation Manage multiple projects and field staff at once. Bidding, Estimating and Takeoff. Bid review and Project Buyout. Schedule development and management Manage project financials and profit forecasting. Work with the client and design team to drive the process to keep the project moving forward. Submits RFIs and submittals to Architects/Designers Communicate with all suppliers and subcontractors to be certain they understand performance standards related to the project. The Successful Applicant
4+ years of experience in the construction industry as a Project Manager Experience with high end commercial and residential projects Experience with class a multifamily preferred Degree preferred but not required Strong written and verbal communications skills. Positive attitude with strong management and leadership skills. Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients.. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Effective decision making/problem solving skills. Ability to read blueprints, structural drawings and plan sets. Firm understanding of IBC, IRC and OSHA codes and regulations Advanced understanding of risk management policies and procedures
What's on Offer
Base salary: $110,000 - $120,000 + benefits (Package is negotiable subject to experience)
