Assist Project Planning : Support in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets. Coordination : Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Documentation : Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and RFIs (Requests for Information). Site Supervision : Assist in overseeing daily construction activities to ensure they meet quality standards and safety regulations. Progress Reporting : Prepare regular progress reports and updates for stakeholders, highlighting milestones and any issues encountered. Cost Control : Monitor project expenses and assist in cost management to ensure adherence to budget constraints. Problem Resolution : Address any project-related problems or conflicts promptly and effectively to minimize delays and disruptions. Compliance : Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle. The Successful Applicant
2+ years of commercial construction experience Degree in construction management, engineering, or similar field Knowledge of relevant construction programs Estimating experience is a plus What's on Offer
