What you'll be doing:

The Assistant Project Manager will report directly to the Head of Real Estate. They will work closely with the Project Team to ensure timely completion of all project phases. Some responsibilities of the Assistant Project Manager include preparing project status reports, monitoring project progress, and managing project communications to ensure a successful closeout. The Assistant Project Manager will also oversee material and equipment procurement, project budgets, and budget forecasting. This is a challenging and rewarding position in which the Assistant Project Manager will play a vital role in successfully completing high-stakes construction projects. The Assistant Project Manager will also be responsible to: Assist Development & Construction Teams with project planning, coordination, and scheduling Coordinate with the Construction Project Manager and GCs through preconstruction and construction execution Support the permitting process from utility, signage, and construction permits beginning with the design phase through the final Certificate of Occupancy Assist in coordination, management, and follow-up of consultants from site approvals to project close-out Monitor project progress and assist with updates to budgets, timelines, and other project documents Interface with other members of the team to ensure accuracy in outlining scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget, and timing Maintain daily logs. Track and report on project milestones and provide reports to management Manage project closeout documentation including punch list tracking with Construction Teams and GCs Ensure all project documents are stored and tracked on a timely basis Responsible for the handover of warranty and facility documentation to the Store Operations Team and Facilities Project Manager What you'll bring to the team:

Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field 5+ years of construction project management experience and administration Car Wash Experience is required Experience with Procore and Bluebeam is a plus Proficient in project management tools and software, Smartsheets preferred Must be able to read construction and shop drawings Excellent organization, leadership, and communication skills Must be able to work in a fast-paced/entrepreneurial environment El Car Wash Benefits:
