Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate the procurement of raw materials, equipment, tools, parts, and supplies. Negotiate purchase prices, delivery terms, and quality with suppliers. Oversee scheduling, planning, inventory control, and materials storage. Ensure proper disposal of hazardous waste in compliance with environmental laws. Maintain accurate data entry of purchase orders and inventory records. Collaborate with production personnel to manage inventory levels without disrupting production. Follow up on all purchase orders to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues. Maintain records for internal audits and regulatory compliance. Assist in setting up budget costs for raw materials and update systems with current costs. Arrange for the disposition of rejected materials and negotiate chargebacks or claims against vendors. Ensure adherence to ISO processes, procedures, flowcharts, and quality policies. Titles Encouraged to Apply:

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. At least 5 years of purchasing experience within a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and purchasing software. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail. Preferences:

Experience in scheduling within a manufacturing setting. Background in customer service. Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel up to 20%.
