Job Description
Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions. Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets. Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and internal policies. Coordinate the month-end and year-end closing processes. Lead and mentor a team of accountants, fostering professional development and collaboration. Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets. Prepare for and coordinate annual audits and tax filings. Assist with financial forecasting and strategic planning. Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency. The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred. 5+ years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle). Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders. Proven leadership skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment What's on Offer
