Operations Intern

The Operations Interns are responsible for making sure the daily tasks of the SteepleCats
organization are done properly and efficiently. These tasks include:
• Working one-on-one with major sponsors to ensure their night on the field goes as foreseen
• Set up, execution, and break down of all 22 home games (running all game day operations)
• Field preparation and organization before and after the season • Continuous community outreach and networking within Berkshire County • Preparing and helping to execute mascot and player appearances • Picking up and dropping misc. products (food, drinks, decorations) • Airport pickups for players • Coordinating and working various events and fundraisers • Communicating with SteepleCats fans, volunteers, and Board of Directors Skills we are looking for in an intern:
• Strong communication skills (in person, phone, e-mail) • Ability work in a high stress environment • Commitment to a professional career path • Flexible in all situations • Willing to work early mornings, days, nights, and weekends
Additional Info: This job is full time 40 hours/week and runs from late May - early August. This is an unpaid internship, but we provide housing and a game-night meal. Your own transportation is encouraged but not necessary.
