Position Overview: The Commercial Roofing Project Manager will oversee and manage commercial roofing projects from inception to completion. This role requires strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and a deep understanding of roofing systems and construction management. The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets. Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. Obtain necessary permits and licenses for projects. Oversee daily operations of the project Ensure all work is performed in accordance with contract specifications, industry standards, and company policies. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary. Implement and enforce quality control measures. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company safety policies. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety and quality standards are met. Allocate and manage resources, including labor, materials, and equipment. Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers. Monitor and control project costs to avoid overruns. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. Provide regular progress reports to clients and senior management. Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required. Experience is key! Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial roofing project management. In-depth knowledge of various commercial roofing systems and construction processes. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Proficient in project management software and tools. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Working Conditions:

Primarily office with weekly site visits.
