Our team is committed to excellence, integrity, and customer satisfaction. We're looking for an experienced Insurance Restoration Project Manager to join our growing team in Smyrna, TN.
Position Overview: As an Insurance Restoration Project Manager, you will oversee restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction. You will collaborate with insurance adjusters, subcontractors, and clients to deliver exceptional service while managing timelines and budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage restoration projects, including fire, water, and storm damage repairs. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and addressing any concerns. Coordinate with insurance companies and adjusters to facilitate smooth claims processes. Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Supervise subcontractors and crew members to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with safety standards. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to project specifications. Prepare and present progress reports to clients and stakeholders. Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and invoices. Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in project management within the insurance restoration or construction industry. Strong understanding of insurance claims processes and construction methods. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Compensation: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
The IICRC is the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification, a non-profit organization for the Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Industries. The IICRC, originally named the International Institute of Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning Inc. (IICUC), was founded in 1972 by Ed York. Since starting in 1972, the IICRC has evolved into a global organization with more than 49,000 active Certified Technicians and more than 6,500 Certified Firms around the world.
The IICRC is managed by its Board of Directors, which is composed of 15 industry leaders elected by the IICRC's Shareholders. The Board of Directors' function is to represent the various interests of the applicants while leading the direction of the organization. The Board of Directors meets four times per year and is tasked with the responsibility of helping shape future policies of the organization and uphold the standards that help shape the industry.
