Job DescriptionDirector of Sales - Heated Blankets & Throws 5th Avenue, New York, NY, 10016 (Hybrid)Salary:$140,000 - $160,000/yearOur client thinks that being cozy is not just a sensation you feel when you touch their products; it's about creating cozy experiences that enhance the comfort and beauty of your home.What you will be doing: Lead the end-to-end sales, daily management, and seamless operation of the omni-channel heated products in the United States.Formulate comprehensive product sales plans with the Omni Channel President, merchandising, and design departments.Conducted in-depth market research and analysis, gathered competitor insights, and provided strategic product development recommendations.Oversee the daily management of heated products, ensuring the achievement of performance goals at retailers like Walmart, Kohl, Target, and Macy's.Demonstrate proficiency in understanding pricing rules, channel regulations, and profit accounting specific to each account. Experience you will need: Bachelor's degree or higher with a familiarity with heated home textile products and sales.Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in planning and developing sales for platforms such as Walmart, Target, Kohl, and Macy's, demonstrating a clear understanding of the entire process and rules governing these accounts.Proven success and experience in operating heated blankets and throws, showcasing exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills to generate substantial placements at critical retailers.Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration capabilities, ensuring effective coordination with internal teams and external partners.
