Education & Experience: Grade school level; High School diploma/ GED a plus 1-2 years' experience working in food manufacturing or similar industries. 1-2 years' experience operating or working with food manufacturing machinery/equipment or similar experience. 1-2 years' experience following work tasks specifications, SOP's, recipes, etc. Minimum Required Qualifications:

Must have proficient communications skills both verbal and written. Must have proficient math skills. Must have proficient analytical skills. Must have proficient problem-solving skills. Must have basic computer skills. Must be able to train, coach and motivate co-workers. Must be a team player. Must be self-motivated and able to initiate action to correct deficiencies. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50lbs. Must be able to perform work while standing during prolonged periods. Must be able to bend, stoop, crawl, reach, grasp and work in adverse and awkward positions. Must be reliable, punctual and have schedule flexibility including working weekends, Holidays, and off-shifts as needed. Must be able to comply with company attendance and punctuality policy. Must be able to fulfill essential job functions in a consistent state of alertness and safe manner. Must adhere to a drug and alcohol zero tolerance policy. Must be able to comply with and follow all food safety, and third-party certification policies (SQF, Gluten-Free and Organic, ) Method of training:

General Job responsibilities - Orientation and on the job Job Description Review Technical Training on Machinery Production, Product Quality, and Sanitation processes and procedures Completion of reports and verification process to ensure accuracy of information provided. Food Safety Practices & Policies (e.g. HACCP, Food Safety, GMP's, Food Fraud/Defense, Allergens, Organic, Gluten Free) Injury & Illness Prevention Program. Will receive general training and orientation that may include: Company rules and regulations. Plant Safety and Emergency Procedures OSHA Required Safety Programs LOTO -Lock Out/Tag-Out Program Hazard Communication and Safe Chemical Handling Forklift and pallet jack Training & Certification

Essential Functions/ Duties and Responsibilities:

Always performs tasks according to Safety and Food Safety Standards. Operates production equipment and runs the assigned line while ensuring all safety standards and procedures are followed. Responsible for meeting established production standards. Follows product specifications and product recipes; uses the Vision System to verify that the correct recipe is being used. Responsible for ensuring that all products meet acceptable quality standards. Assures that yield standards are met. Responsible for not exceeding waste standards. Ensures that machine is in good operating conditions before and after use; ensures equipment is being properly cleaned and sanitized. Reports any deficiencies to the department supervisor/lead. Responsible for maintaining work areas clean, safe, and organized, as well as delegating such tasks to the team members assigned to their line. Responsible for minimizing equipment downtime. Reports equipment malfunctions, verifies that the equipment is maintained in top operating condition and that the preventive maintenance program is effective and meets production's needs. Accurately calculates and records production per line, line efficiencies, waste, and downtime. Must work in a manner that is proactive in resolving problems. Enters accurate data into the manufacturing software system regarding their line (TGI system). Promotes teamwork at all levels. Assists department supervisor in coordinating breaks and lunches for team members on the line. Follows and promotes Mi Rancho's safety program, policies, and procedures. Follows and promotes Mi Rancho's Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's). Operate Auto Bagger (Ilapak) when line is running 10 lbs. bags at efficient levels Responsible of setting up all the equipment that is required for 10 lbs. bags such as: Incline conveyor, metal detector, 90 degrees conveyor, Lazy Susan, forming tubes, etc. Responsible of the film change for Ilapak bagger on a timely manner to avoid down time. Always follows and executes FIFO for tortilla chips in trays. Complete and report properly the machine log information in TGI, scanning (put away) of finished good product to 4-FG-1-0 location. Responsible of allocating the chip product from 4-CHL1-1-0 to the Chip Line work order. Other duties as assigned. Location: Mi Rancho, Elk Grove, CA- On Site Travel Requirements:
