The Title IX Coordinator is Stacy Joslin, 1889 Lawrence Road, Santa Clara, CA 95051 Requirements / QualificationsJob Overview We are seeking qualified, part-time test administrators to support the 2025 English Learner Proficiency Assessments of California (ELPAC). These limited-term positions run from the end of January 2025 through May 2025 or until testing is complete. Employment is contingent upon the number of students who are required to be assessed. Responsibilities Administer and score the computer-based ELPAC for students in grades K-12. Attend and complete calibration training course tentatively scheduled January 27-31, 2025. Daily attendance at training is mandatory. Collaborate with school staff to ensure all required students are tested in a timely manner. Qualifications Fluent, proficient English speaker with excellent pronunciation, intonation, and fluency. Completion of ELPAC calibration training (provided upon being hired for the position). Ability to effectively communicate and work with limited English proficient students aged 5-18. Strong time management, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Proficient with computers, with accurate typing and data entry skills. Reliable transportation to travel between multiple sites within a day.
