We're hiring a

Project Manager

to lead impactful IT initiatives in a dynamic and collaborative environment. In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting a Navy program within their Infrastructure Services portfolio, overseeing projects from initial Statement of Work (SOW) creation through implementation. This is a hybrid position (2-3 days onsite) with opportunities to make a meaningful impact while working in a supportive, employee-owned organization.

What You'll Do

•Plan, schedule, coordinate, and deliver IT projects, ensuring alignment with objectives and client needs.

•Develop program baselines, identify and manage risks, and lead mitigation strategies.

•Manage vendors, contracts, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to achieve seamless project execution.

•Work independently while helping lead a team to meet project goals and resolve challenges.

•Ensure projects align with risk standards and compliance requirements, leveraging Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) principles.

Required Skills and Experience:

•Active Secret Clearance.

•Bachelor's degree.

•At least 5 years of experience managing Department of Defense (DoD) IT projects.

•Expertise in developing solutions, managing risks, and coordinating across workstreams.

•Strong knowledge of technical concepts and best practices in IT project management.

Preferred Skills and Certifications:

•Experience with performance management improvement supporting IT governance.

•Knowledge of Azure DevOps Platform.

•Certifications such as PMP, SAFe Program Consultant, Scrum Master, Agile Practitioner, or Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt.
