Data Specialist

TDEC, a nationally recognized Business Processing Organization (BPO), seeks an experienced Data Specialist for a client in our Denver, CO office.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Enter monthly energy utilization data for metered and non-metered records. Identify and correct conflicts in data collection reports, pair meters with corresponding assets, and account for non-metered flat fee sites. Manually enter data records into appropriate web portals. Input data for Work Orders, Condition Assessments and Cost Deficiency Codes. Accurately review monthly billing statements relative to energy usage and cost. Enter Purchase Requests into online portal correctly and accurately. Assist with Quality Control efforts including performing audits. Correspond with customers to identify locations of utility meters. Assist in maintaining production in accordance with established schedules and priorities. Comfortability participating in meetings with company personnel, providing input for improvements and ways to expedite the data entry processes. Comply with data integrity and security policies. KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
US Citizenship. High school education or equivalent. Ability to pass Federal Background check, including overview of credit history, and successfully obtain a Security Clearance. Ability to pass a typing test of 40wpm. Accountability, accuracy and time efficient. Ability to prioritize tasks in timely manner. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Keen attention to detail. KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:
At least one year of experience in Data Entry
