Senior Business Specialist with data analysis,business analysis,Agile methodology

Job Summary The Senior Business Specialist at HCL is responsible for performing data analysis, business analysis, and applying Agile methodology to drive business objectives and improvements. They will be integral in shaping business strategies, optimizing processes, and ensuring effective project management. (1.)

Key Responsibilities 1. Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions. 2. Perform business analysis to understand stakeholder requirements, business processes, and recommend solutions for improvement. 3. Collaborate with cross functional teams to implement agile methodology and ensure project deliverables are met on time. 4. Utilize data visualization tools to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders. 5. Provide expertise in process optimization, strategic planning, and project management to enhance business performance. 6. Generate reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (kpis) and measure project success.

Skill Requirements 1. Proficient in data analysis techniques such as statistical analysis, data mining, and predictive modeling. 2. Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data insights into actionable business strategies. 3. Experience with agile methodology and its application in project management and software development. 4. Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex information to nontechnical stakeholders. 5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently to drive projects to completion. 6. Familiarity with data visualization tools like tableau, power bi, or similar platforms. 7. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address business challenges and drive innovation.
