Adecco is seeking a seasoned
Utility Interconnection Project Manager
to lead a portfolio of medium-voltage (12kV - 69kV) utility projects for our client in Oakbrook Terrace, IL. This role requires a strong financial acumen, exceptional contract management skills, and a proven ability to navigate complex project timelines and stakeholder expectations.

5-10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on medium-voltage utility projects. Proven ability to manage a portfolio of 25+ projects simultaneously. Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and forecasting. Excellent contract management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
Oversee all phases of DER interconnection projects, from initiation to closeout, including scope definition, design, construction, and commissioning. Financial Management:
Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure adherence to Sarbanes-Oxley accounting principles. Stakeholder Management:
Effectively communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders, including customers, internal teams, and external contractors. Technical Expertise:
Possess a strong understanding of electrical engineering principles and the ability to read electrical prints. Regulatory Compliance:
Adhere to all relevant regulations, including zoning, permitting, and real estate easement requirements. Resource Allocation:
Optimize resource utilization, balancing ComEd resource constraints with customer needs and timelines. Pay Details:
$100.00 per hour
