Develop and manage project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables. Prepare and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost control. Allocate and manage resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials. Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance and support. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and effective communication. Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Oversee quality assurance and quality control processes to meet industry standards. Ensure all necessary permits and regulatory requirements are met. Ensure a smooth project closeout process, including client acceptance and final documentation. 4+ years of construction experience Ability to manage ground-up commercial projects Experience with oversight on project financials Experience with self-performed work Excellent written and verbal communication skills Passion for construction Ability to work both independently and in a team setting What's on Offer
