Certification Details BLS ACLS NRP AWHONN Fetal Monitoring Job Details A hospital in Idaho is in need of a Labor and Delivery RN to work a 13 week travel assignment. The nurse will be working 12 hour shifts and must have his/her BLS, ACLS, NRP and AWHONN. Ideal candidates must have 3 years L&D experience and skills in pre-term labor, c-sections and recoveries, and high-risk patients. Job Requirements 3 years L&D experience required Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, AWHONN Fetal Monitoring Courses Schedule Information 12 hour shifts Shifts: 06:50-19:20 and 18:50-07:20am Unit Specific Information Number of L&D Beds: 16 and 13 Antepartum beds Number of OR Suites on the unit for C-Sections: 3 Number of Triage beds: 8 Number of Postpartum beds: 32 beds on Mother Baby Care Unit Number of Births per day? Month? Year? 4,194 deliveries in 2023 Additional Details Common diagnoses/Types of patients: Preeclampsia, Previa, Twins, Diabetics Experience or 'Must have' skills: LDR, circulate the OR Is there a Charge Nurse on each shift? Yes, charge does not take pts unless absolutely no nurses. Are there nurse aids/surgical techs on this unit? CSTs every shift OB/Neonatologist in house 24/7? OB Laborist 24/7, Neo's also Anesthesia in house 24/7? Yes, we have a designated CRNA 24/7 Floating Requirements: Yes, we float to the Meridian, Nampa hospitals.
