Position Summary

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Regal Rexnord, you will play a pivotal role in our recruitment process. You will collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team, HR teams, hiring managers, and candidates to facilitate various recruiting activities, including scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate travel, and managing preboarding tasks. This role is integral to ensuring a seamless and exceptional candidate experience. You will work cross-functionally, building strong relationships across the organization.

This is a contract role with the potential to transition to full-time employment.

Key Responsibilities Schedule in-person and virtual interviews, coordinating between business partners, hiring managers, and candidates. Arrange candidate travel and manage expense reimbursements. Oversee pre-employment tasks, including initiating background checks and drug tests. Maintain and update recruiting data in Workday. Provide timely updates to Talent Acquisition Partners and business partners. Handle confidential candidate information with the utmost discretion. Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain necessary tracking, including OFCCP compliance. Required Skills / Experience

High School diploma or equivalent required; a four-year degree or equivalent experience is preferred. At least one year of experience in a coordination role within a fast-paced, high-volume setting, preferably supporting HR or recruiting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products: Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with an Applicant Tracking System, preferably Workday. A positive, service-oriented attitude with excellent follow-through on issues. Ability to work effectively with teams, both in-person and virtually. Strong customer service skills with a proven ability to deliver a best-in-class candidate experience. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment. Professional communication skills, both verbal and written, with candidates, hiring managers, and leaders.
