Job Description
The Project Manager will
Manage jobs in process including subcontractor coordination, documentation, quality and safety Plan, schedule and closeout assigned projects Develop and negotiate subcontracts and material buyout Estimate and develop project budgets Serve as the primary liaison to both customers and clients Manage all project costs Provide leadership to direct reports to encourage teamwork and motivation Negotiate and secure new business MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
