This position will report to our EnerSys Energy Systems business, which serves the telecom, cable broadband, industrial, renewable, and data center markets. Our portfolio combines our stored energy expertise with power systems, enclosures, and renewable energy products to deliver world-class solutions for diverse applications such as 5G, broadband, Internet of Things (IoT), data center, and solar power. Our cutting-edge technology includes Lithium batteries, Fault Managed Power Systems, and Extended Run Time battery backup systems that improve the reliability and resiliency of broadband networks.

Job Purpose

The Project Manager is responsible for managing and leading projects with achieving financial, delivery, and customer satisfaction objectives across all phases of the project. This role will support both production and design and development projects with an emphasis on both short-term and long-term strategies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Create and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. Manage all phases of the project life cycle including initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and closing projects Define and document project tasks and resource requirements. Selects and coordinates work of subcontractors working on various phases of the project (f applicable). Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope as well as changes to the project plan and status reports. Tracks and controls schedule and associated costs to achieve completion of project within time and budget. Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately. Prepare for, administer and document project meetings Provide direction and support to project team Serve as primary point of contact for external and internal project teams Administers construction contracts and obtains all necessary permits and licenses. Monitors site and/or project safety and corrects any safety violations or other reported deficiencies. Analyze project outcomes to determine future improvements. Minimizes EnerSys' exposure and risk on projects. Qualifications

Required

5+ Years of Project Management/Program/IT Management 5 Years of ERP or packaged software implementation experience B.S in Information System, Computer Science or Engineering Strong Analytical and reasoning ability required. Knowledge/experience with multiple applications, technology, and database platforms is required. Proficient with Microsoft Office applications Preferred

PMI or equivalent certification / relevant experience preferred. MBA desirable. Experience with integration of acquisitions desirable Proficiency in a language other than English is highly desirable General Job Requirements
