What You’ll Do: As the Marketing Manager at Inversion, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity, expanding our reach, and driving customer acquisition and engagement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that align with our overall business objectives.
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and brand awareness.
Collaborate with the leadership team to define marketing goals, objectives, and KPIs, and develop plans to achieve them.
Lead the development of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, content marketing, and events.
Manage and optimize our digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media advertising, to maximize ROI and drive qualified traffic.
Create compelling content for various marketing channels, including website, blog, email newsletters, social media, and marketing collateral.
Analyze marketing data and metrics to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns and strategies.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing, technology, and industry developments to ensure our marketing efforts remain innovative and effective.
Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to support marketing initiatives as needed.
Collaborate with the product team to provide insights and feedback for product development and enhancements.
Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to help team members grow and succeed.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
5+ years of experience in marketing roles, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
Experience with marketing analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush) to track performance and measure ROI.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for various marketing channels.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team, foster collaboration, and drive results in a fast-paced startup environment.
Highly analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a willingness to experiment with new ideas and approaches.
Proactive, self-starter with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and thrive in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.
Desired Qualifications:
Experience in the aerospace industry.
Prior experience working in startups and small independent teams.
This is a full-time onsite position at our Playa Vista, CA headquarters.
The California annual base salary for this role is currently $120,000 - $200,000.
Pay Grades are determined by role, level, location, and alignment with market data.
Individual pay will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: interviews and an assessment of several factors that are unique to each candidate, job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate, and internal equity.
