Your Role
The Financial Analyst, Investment Services is responsible for the moderately complex activities associated with project tracking and fixed asset loads. This position assists in month-end; quarter-end and year-end closing process and may be responsible for Store Design and Construction costs related to the VS entity (CIP) as well as all distribution center projects, including preparation of audit materials and working with the Tax areas.

Your Impact
Ensure that all month-end accounting is performed for Construction expense/VS Distribution Centers in a timely and accurate manner with a high level of attention to detail. Ensure costs are classified properly between capital and expense. Manage Fixed Assets and depreciation monthly including additions, disposals, accelerations, etc. Prepare manual journal entries to the general ledger Reconcile expense accounts and ensure appropriate accruals each month Reconcile balance sheet accounts each month Prepare monthly depreciation projections Assist with internal and external audit requests. Ensure adherence to departmental standards and control Comply with legal and ethical standards Follow up on all outstanding issues on a timely basis Maintain excellent customer service relations Assist with special projects and department goals Identify areas of opportunity and recommend solutions for achieving optimal efficiency in a controlled environment Maintain financial and operational controls and procedures Click here for benefit details related to this position.

Ability to meet all deadlines and handle multiple objectives in a fast-paced environment Ability to prepare all work in a timely manner with high level of attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Maintain a high level of productivity Strong problem solving skills Proven organizational skills Additional Preferred Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting is required with a CPA or MBA a plus One to two years of related financial analysis or accounting experience Experience in journal entry preparation, auditing and balance sheet reconciliation preferred Intermediate / Advanced PC proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Access & PowerPoint SAP experience preferred
