Job Title: Facility Project Manager - 1st Shift
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Duration: 6+ months - temp to hire role
PR: $35.00/hr on W2
Shift Work Details - 1st shift -7am-3:30pm, M-F
Job Summary:
Project Manager completes maintenance operations to the satisfaction of the client, consistent with cost, schedule, and contractual requirements.
Plans, coordinates, and supervises routine maintenance activities and special projects, and assists in distributing relevant workloads to achieve productivity and quality objectives. Interfaces with the client to ensure customer satisfaction. In addition, this position is responsible for all basic management responsibilities of special projects including, but not limited to evaluation, planning, coordinating with vendors and maintenance staff, determination of parts and materials, determination of equipment, tracking of projects and reporting on progress and completion. Coordinates and monitors the purchase and maintenance of equipment and supplies.
Ensures the safety and well-being of its employees, safeguarding company funds and property, and generally represents client in the field with respect to the client.
Technical Expertise: • Strong understanding of industrial maintenance practices and equipment. • Experience with electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. • Knowledge of CMMS systems, preferably Maximo.
Project Management Skills: • Proven ability to plan, schedule, and execute projects on time and within budget. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Experience in managing and leading teams.
Safety and Compliance: • Commitment to safety protocols and regulatory compliance. • Experience conducting safety audits and training. • Knowledge of OSHA and other relevant safety standards.
Communication Skills: • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and management.
Problem-Solving Skills: • Ability to identify and troubleshoot issues. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
