We are seeking an experienced
Project Manager
to lead and manage Medicaid/Medicare projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring compliance with Medicaid and Medicare policies and regulations. This role involves working closely with stakeholders, managing resources, and ensuring project goals are met within time and budget constraints.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution : Develop detailed project plans outlining scope, deliverables, timelines, and resources for Medicaid/Medicare initiatives. Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with internal teams, government agencies, healthcare providers, and clients to gather project requirements and provide regular status updates. Regulatory Compliance : Ensure all projects comply with federal and state Medicaid/Medicare regulations and standards, addressing any regulatory issues promptly. Team Leadership : Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams, assign responsibilities, and ensure successful collaboration across departments. Budget & Resource Management : Monitor project budgets, control costs, and allocate resources efficiently to ensure projects remain within financial parameters. Risk Management : Identify potential risks or roadblocks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues to ensure project success. Reporting : Prepare and present regular progress reports, highlighting key metrics, project milestones, risks, and compliance with regulations. Process Improvement : Analyze current Medicaid/Medicare processes and recommend improvements to enhance project outcomes and operational efficiencies. Vendor Management : Manage relationships with third-party vendors, ensuring delivery aligns with project goals and Medicaid/Medicare requirements. Client Communication : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and Medicaid/Medicare representatives, ensuring transparency and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
