Job Title: Talent Acquisition Sourcer and Screener Location: Alpharetta GA Duration: 6 Months

Shift Time: 8:00am to 5:00pm

Position Overview:

We are seeking a

detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Sourcer and Screener

to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential candidates, responsible for sourcing, identifying, and screening high caliber candidates across a variety of roles. You will partner closely with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers to ensure a seamless candidate experience, and will play a key role in building a robust talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source candidates using various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and networking events. Initial Candidate Screening:

Review resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for the organization. Pipeline Development:

Build and maintain a talent pool of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs, focusing on both active and passive talent. Collaboration with Recruiters:

Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand position requirements and align sourcing strategies accordingly. Tracking and Reporting:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and pipeline status in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Employer Branding:

Support employer branding initiatives by sharing the company's mission, vision, and values during candidate interactions. Diversity and Inclusion:

Ensure sourcing strategies are aligned with the company's commitment to diversity and inclusion, actively seeking out diverse talent. Experience:

1-3 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or a related field

. Experience in a fast-paced or high-volume recruitment environment is a plus. Tools:

Familiarity with sourcing tools such as

LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other job boards. Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) software is highly desirable. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and assess candidates effectively. Time Management:

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and meet deadlines. Team Player:

Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders, including recruiters, hiring managers, and other members of the HR team. Attention to Detail:

Ability to thoroughly assess candidate resumes and profiles to ensure a match with job requirements.
