BJC is looking for a Associate Project Manager. The role involves Project Management, Performance Improvement and Data Analytics. This is a hybrid position with at least 2-3 days on-site, this could flex depending on projects.

You will be working with an organization on the leading edge of diagnostic radiology. In fact, our radiology department is regarded as one of the top five in the United States, and performs over 453,000 diagnostic imaging examinations annually.

Role Purpose
Assists performance improvement and project teams, clients, process owners, leadership and stakeholders in order to achieve engagement goals and reach successful business outcomes. Assists in and performs tasks related to:- Project scoping, planning, execution and tracking- Lean, rapid improvement events and associated activities- Change management- Team facilitation- Data collection- Analysis- Report development
Responsibilities Coordinates logistics for pilots, benchmarking, site visits and research for best practices. Assists in and performs tasks related to:- Project scoping, planning, execution and tracking- Lean, rapid improvement events and associated activities- Change management- Team facilitation- Data collection- Analysis- Report development Completes all required training in BJC transformation core competencies training programs and supports curriculum development and training activities. Documents and develops deliverables in supporting tools related to projects and performance improvement engagements.
