Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support, including managing phone lines, emails, and correspondence.
  • Assist with maintaining office supplies and equipment, ensuring the office is stocked and organized.
  • Support the preparation and distribution of documents, reports, and presentations for internal and external meetings.
  • Manage the filing system, including both electronic and physical files, ensuring records are up-to-date and accessible.
  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
  • Perform light data entry, processing invoices, and tracking expenses.
  • Help maintain and update the organization’s databases and contact lists.

Job Qualifications:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of 2+ year of experience in an administrative role,
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A high degree of professionalism and the ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and discretion.
  • Bilingual in Spanish a plus

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Hourly rate: $22-$25 per hour, depending on experience.
  • Overtime pay and full health benefits provided.
