Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support, including managing phone lines, emails, and correspondence.
- Assist with maintaining office supplies and equipment, ensuring the office is stocked and organized.
- Support the preparation and distribution of documents, reports, and presentations for internal and external meetings.
- Manage the filing system, including both electronic and physical files, ensuring records are up-to-date and accessible.
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- Perform light data entry, processing invoices, and tracking expenses.
- Help maintain and update the organization’s databases and contact lists.
Job Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 2+ year of experience in an administrative role,
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
- A high degree of professionalism and the ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and discretion.
- Bilingual in Spanish a plus
Compensation and Benefits:
- Hourly rate: $22-$25 per hour, depending on experience.
