Summary
The Human Resources Representative will be responsible for and support several human resources related aspects across the various locations, such as Michigan, California, Georgia, and Alabama, including but not limited to contingent staffing, on-boarding, time and attendance and payroll processing, and accurate and timely data management. To ensure success the Human Resources Representative should be possess great problem solving skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a diverse environment with employees at all levels within the organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Support the contingent employee process by working with external agencies to ensure the appropriate documents are timely and accurately received, timely input of contingent employee information into local systems for various access needs and email set up, and ensuring master lists of contingent staff are accurate.
- Administer, aid, and train others in the use of the current time and attendance system resulting in accurate payroll processing for exempt and non-exempt staff. Communication with Korean staff on system needs and issue resolution is critical.
- Oversee and lead the employee on-boarding and orientation process by presenting to new hires company information as well as informing them of certain policies and procedures.
- Manage the employee staff list and provide weekly headcount updates to the executive staff.
- Respond timely to requests for verification of employment collaborating with other departments such as payroll to complete.
- Maintain accurate organization charts for each department.
- Accurately and efficiently manage and input HRIS data into local and custom systems such as Autoway, SAP, RIMS, ensuring proper administration of employee information.
- Navigate and complete tasks in SAP to ensure proper administration of employee information.
- Maintain compliance of I-9 forms by ensuring accurate and complete forms are received as part of the hiring process and by conducting internal audits.
- Perform administrative functions such as purchasing requests, time card, vacation requests, travel requests, ad-hoc reports etc.
- Minimal travel up to 5% of time.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or related field or equivalent level of experience
- Up to 2 to 3 years of experience would be beneficial
- Desire to work in culturally diverse team environment
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Valid Driver's License and satisfactory driving record.
