The ideal candidates excel in operations research, optimization techniques (e.g., linear, integer, dynamic programming), and simulation modeling, with strong analytical and problem-solving expertise. Role: Translate business needs into analytics solutions, providing actionable insights and supporting data-driven decisions. Lead and guide teams in designing, developing, and operationalizing data science models to solve complex challenges. Communicate data insights effectively to stakeholders, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making and innovation. Ensure models and analytics are integrated into business processes, maintained, and refined post-launch for continuous value. Drive Data Science strategy, including talent development, technology adoption, and alignment with business goals. Requirements: You need to have a MSc or PhD level in Stem subject. Skilled in building large-scale optimization models using techniques like Linear Programming, Mixed Integer Programming, heuristics, and tools such as CPLEX or Gurobi. Proficiency in Python, C++, and automation, with expertise in data analysis, statistical methods, and mathematical modeling for supply chains. Experience integrating Machine Learning into decision-support systems and applying advanced Operations Research methods.
