Summary:
The Executive Assistant/ Chief of Staff will support the executive leadership team in strategic planning, operational efficiency, and organizational alignment within the health insurance sector. This role involves overseeing projects, managing key initiatives, and ensuring that company goals are met. This role requires a strategic thinker with experience in the health insurance sector, ready to manage key projects and facilitate cross-departmental collaboration. They will act as a liaison between departments and the executive team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the CEO and executive team in developing and executing strategic initiatives.
- Manage special projects and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Facilitate communication across departments and with external stakeholders.
- Analyze data and trends to inform decision-making processes.
- Lead organizational change initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
- Prepare reports and presentations for board meetings and executive reviews.
- Assist the CEO and leadership team in executing strategic plans that align with the organization’s mission and objectives.
- Lead special projects that drive operational improvements and enhance organizational performance.
- Serve as a liaison between executive leadership and various departments to ensure alignment on key initiatives.
- Analyze market trends and company performance metrics to inform strategic decisions.
- Prepare presentations and reports for board meetings and executive reviews.
Qualifications:
- Certification as Chief of Staff, Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership role within the health insurance industry.
- Proven track record as Executive Assistant, and external messaging with key partnerships.
- Proven track record of project management and strategic planning.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proven project management experience with a focus on strategic initiatives.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to foster, sustain and tolerate change initiatives within Client Services and throughout the organization.
