About This Role:
 Tria Federal (Tria) is seeking a talented Administrative Manager! The person in this role will support the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD) Digital Engineering Department, Administrative Branch. assisting with the maintenance, operation and management of Tomahawk Distance Support Center (TDSC) resources. 

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate Distance Support Resources (Secure VTC, Workstations, Learning Center and Conference Room). 
  • Provide monthly Distance Support Center utilization metrics, monitor and track completion of Distance Support Center Maintenance and repair actions.
  • Update and maintain room access lists and schedule of events. 
  • Maintain classified material inventory (software and documents).
  • Arrange receipt, update and distribution of documents and materials (Unclassified and Classified)
  • Track and document the completion of TDSC issues by maintaining and updating local issue tracking database
  • Manage technical documentation to include coordination of technical reviews, validation and verification events.
  • Develop, analyze, and review various requests from supported codes, such as hiring packages, seating assignments, and onboarding.

The “Need-to-Have” Skills & Qualifications:
 
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
  • Experience utilizing Adobe Acrobat
  • Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated, and a demonstrated ability to multi-task and work independently
  • Outstanding oral and written communications.
Professional Certifications:N/AEducation:A.A. in related fields Clearance:Must be a US Citizen with an Active Secret security clearance or ability to obtain a Secret ClearanceYears of Professional Experience:
2 - 4 years of experience

The “Nice-to-Have” Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience using Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (N-ERP), Defense Civilian Personnel Data System (DCPDS), Total Workforce Management Services (TWMS), and Performance Expectations Module (PEM).
  • Experience working in a government environment.
  • Navy correspondence

The projected compensation range for this position is $53,000 to $55,000 (Annually USD). The estimated compensation represents the standard salary range for a position of this kind, reflecting just one factor of the comprehensive compensation structure and benefits package offered to Tria employees.
