If you are passionate about driving operational excellence and making a meaningful impact on quality and customer satisfaction, look no further As a Process Specialist for our Customer Relations team, you'll lead improvement projects, update procedures, conduct data analytics, and support cross-functional projects to enhance operational efficiency. LI-Hybrid ZR Responsibilities Process Improvement Leadership: Lead projects to enhance processes and solve problems collaboratively. Evaluate existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and root causes. Procedure and Training Management: Update procedures to meet standards and train teams on changes. Develop and deliver continuous improvement training programs. Data Analytics and Decision Support: Analyze data for performance, feedback, and project impact. Perform cost/benefit analysis to prioritize process improvements. Support cross-functional projects to drive operational excellence. Qualifications Bachelor's degree and 2-5 years' experience or equivalent experience Proven experience leading process improvement projects. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in process mapping and root cause analysis techniques. Previous experience in procedure development and training delivery. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, or SQL. Experience in conducting cost/benefit analysis. Ability to interpret data to provide actionable insights for decision-making. Proven ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams. Benefits The expected salary range for this position is $75,000 to $85,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional incentive compensation including regular merit increases and the corporate bonus program.
