Our rapidly growing client is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Treasury Accountant to join their finance team. This role will involve managing daily cash and credit card transactions, as well as identifying and implementing process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily Cash and Credit Card Reconciliation:
Accurately reconcile daily bank statements and credit card transactions against point-of-sale (POS) data.
Identify and investigate discrepancies.
Implement process improvements to streamline reconciliation procedures.
Process Improvement:
Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency gains.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new tools and technologies.
Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging trends in treasury and finance.
Qualifications:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and functions
1+ years of relevant experience
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
Location: Vancouver, WA - hybrid flexibilitySalary: $56,000-62,400
