Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role will manage acquisition and retention for user marketing for Thomasnet and play a key stakeholder role in the retention and growth of buyers coming to search on Thomas. This role will be critical in the strategy to increase traffic and enable a user marketing journey. Responsibilities: Create, optimize, and evolve marketing strategies to grow user traffic and evaluation sessions on Thomasnet Identify the target audience and assess outreach strategies and channels Identify appropriate media channels for target audience and work closely with cross-functional teams to develop a budget, execute campaigns,measure results, and make recommendations Develop campaigns to get first-time user to visit the site and retain previous users to make Thomasnet their go-to platform for sourcing Analyze marketing campaign performance including email metrics, conversion, and retention to understand effectiveness and ROI Achieve campaign objectives/KPIs and develop strategic plan to deliver Lead and participate in cross-functional teams to develop improvements to product ideas and create an ideal buyer experience Leverage software tools (HubSpot, Tableau, Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint, etc) to inform a data-driven approach in all that we do Qualifications: 7+ years of relevant experience in buyer marketing, preferably in a Marketplace and/or B2B setting BA/BS degree with a strong academic record Proficiency with HubSpot, Excel, Salesforce, PowerPoint (and Google Docs equivalents),Looker Proficiency in advertising platforms (Google, Facebook, Linkedin) Experience executing customer marketing plans in a digital marketplace Experience working cross-functionally with operations, sales, product and services teams Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills, with high attention to detail Demonstrated ability to define/undertake work assignments with minimal supervision Data/ROI driven and not afraid to own their own revenue related KPIs History of teamwork and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done Solid experience in project management skills, with ability to organize and prioritize Experience with creating user flows and managing customer experience through different channels of communication Experience identifying customer success stories and execution of campaigns to promote them A willingness to think creatively, test frequently and learn from failures #LI-Hybrid Here at Xometry we believe in diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging.
