and LinkedIn. Job Description Opportunity at a Glance The Senior Brand and Product Manager will be a key driver of our brand's future, spearheading innovative brand and product marketing initiatives. This role demands a deep understanding of market dynamics and consumer behavior to craft compelling brand and product strategies that foster long-term growth. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams in executing strategies that align with business objectives, identify new market opportunities, and enhance brand equity. Ultimately, this role is responsible for ensuring our brand, products, and marketing efforts resonate with our target audience and drive enrollments. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive, integrated marketing campaigns for the University Brand and products. Maintain a strong Brand identity throughout the entire consumer journey. Enhance brand equity through effective marketing campaigns and initiatives. Lead cross-functional teams to ensure marketing strategies are executed effectively. Act as product marketing SME to develop and lead successful product launches, including audience identification, messaging development, positioning, and go-to-market plans. Collaborate with channel partners to develop campaigns, events, collateral, and more to support the enrollment plan. Implement pricing and offer marketing across the audience journey. Generate innovative marketing ideas to create increased brand or product awareness, deepen engagement with our consumers, and increase brand equity. Manage content calendar, communication plans, and consumer-facing content. Manage marketing budgets and track actual expenses versus the budget. Act as a key partner to product management, academic, and admissions teams to address marketing needs in a collaborative relationship. Implement special projects or tests in support of high-priority programs and learning agenda. Ensure all internal and external communications are compliant and meet brand guidelines. Measure and communicate the performance of marketing activities to leadership and cross-functional partners. Work with and provide direction to outside vendors (PR and Ad agencies) as needed. Complete other duties as assigned. Comply with all policies and standards. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree preferably in marketing, required. Master's Degree preferred. At least 7 years of marketing experience in a corporate marketing or advertising agency environment required. Sharp, strategic marketer with a blend of direct marketing and brand marketing experience required. Proven digital marketing experience required. Experience in a highly matrixed environment required. Experience working in an inquiry generation setting for a direct sales force preferred. Experience managing budgets required. Educational experience preferred. Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong leadership and communication skills. Solid analytical skills. PC skills in Microsoft Office applications. Must be willing to travel overnight (up to 30%). Additional Information In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $80,336 and $140,851. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
