Position Summary
Trideum Corporation has an opening for an Exercise Planner at Fort Shafter, Scholfield Barracks, Hawaii. This is a full-time and exempt position. This is an exciting opportunity for a successful applicant to develop, implement, and measure the effectiveness of plans and procedures for clients, creating rich content to tell a realistic story. You'll listen to client challenges, identify threats, gaps, or risks that need to be explored, and provide a safe space for recommendations that will make a lasting, real-world impact. These recommendations will be gained through your knowledge and use of the Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP), Army Design Methodology (ADM), and Joint Planning Process (JPP) to support the contract. You will use your skills to take an exercise from the concept phase, plan the exercise, and prepare and provide a senior-level concept of operation brief.
Travel Requirement -
Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
Requirements and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or six (6) years of work experience may be substituted. Also, an Associate's degree plus 4 years' experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree. Experience with the Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP), Army Design Methodology (ADM), and Joint Planning Process (JPP). Ability to take an exercise from the concept phase, plan the exercise and prepare and provide a senior-level concept of operation brief. Graduate of a Command and General Staff College (CGSC), Intermediate Level Education (ILE), or Component Equivalent. US citizenship Active Secret clearance
Desired Qualifications:
Master's degree 5+ years of experience planning and executing a Component or Joint Exercise Program Experience with the Five Stages of the Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC) 5+ years of experience at the Brigade level or above Knowledge of Joint and Multinational exercise design at the operational level Experience supporting and managing an exercise budget with multiple funding streams Knowledge of JTIMS and ARTIMS Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills Possess excellent time management and organizational leadership skills Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Office 365 Knowledge in Multi-Domain Operations (MDO) TS/SCI clearance
