Sodexo’s Corporate Services is seeking a skilled
General Manager 4 - Food
to oversee our food service operations at the Hospital Corporation of America’s (HCA) Corporate Office, located across from Centennial Park in
Nashville, Tennessee .Hospital Corporation of America (HCA), the largest for-profit healthcare provider in the US, offers a unique career opportunity for you to partner within and join our growing nationwide HCA portfolio of business. The General Manager will report to the District Manager and lead and mentor a team of 8 managers serving 4 buildings on campus with 4 cafes, 2 Starbucks and high volume catering. The successful candidate will: have oversight of daily food operations and deliver a high-quality product; have strong client relation skills and experience working with C-Suite clients; achieve company and client financial targets and goals to include oversight of cash-handling and the POS system; motivate, coach, mentor and develop staff; and ensure Sodexo standards are met to include compliance with company food and physical safety programs. Salary offers are based on a candidate's specific criteria, like experience, skills, education, and training.
