The Revenue Operations Manager is the strategic architect of Decagon’s revenue engine, serving as the critical nexus between data, strategy, and execution. You will transform raw operational information into a predictive, intelligent system that drives sustainable revenue growth. By bridging sales, marketing, and customer success, you'll create a holistic view of our revenue generation process, identifying opportunities for optimization, efficiency, and strategic acceleration. What you’ll do:

Support strategic planning for AI solution go-to-market approach

Design and implement comprehensive revenue performance frameworks

Implement and optimize AI-enhanced CRM and revenue technology stack

Integrate marketing, sales, and customer success platforms

Develop custom reporting workflows with machine learning insights

Ensure data integrity for complex AI sales cycles

Support deal desk and pricing strategy

You you’ll bring:

5-7 years RevOps experience in technical or AI-driven sales

Proven ability to operationalize complex sales processes

Strong analytical mindset with technical communication skills

Passion for AI technology and enterprise solution selling

Advanced Salesforce administration

Expert in SQL

Experience with enterprise AI solution go-to-market strategies

Ability to work out of our San Francisco office 5 days a week
