Amazon Web Services (AWS) is on a hunt for a Sr. Event Marketing Manager, Segments to be part of a team that's shaping the future of how AWS connects with key customer segments. Key job responsibilities

Strategize and lead small, complex programs within our GTM portfolio, including: building the program and communications strategy; determining goals; creating work back plans with deliverables; managing cross-functional teams, vendors and agencies; budget management; tracking, analyzing, and communicating success metrics. Support Lead Program and Content Managers with event and work stream management across multiple programs. Utilize exceptional communication skills to manage leadership reviews, weekly team meetings, deliverables, timelines, budgets and post-event debriefs. Ability to juggle multiple priorities while executing high quality deliverables with an innate attention to detail and excellent time, resource and skills management. Support on-site execution of events. Ability to travel 30% of the time and work across time zones. A day in the life

In this role, you'll be part of a segment and audience content marketing team that lands key messaging through an integrated motion. You'll bring your deep knowledge of event marketing, including large-scale hybrid and face-to-face event programs, along with exceptional event management, relationship building, and project management skills to manage various programs and work streams for the AWS Global Segment Marketing Team. About the team

AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector. The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success. AWS Support also partners with a global list of customers that are building mission-critical applications on top of AWS services. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience. Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables). Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs. Experience building and formatting web pages and email templates. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience creating and executing integrated marketing lead generation campaigns using tactics that include live or virtual events, webinars, email, lead nurture programs, and CRM/sales insights. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $112,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $186,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
