LinQuest is seeking a Defensive Cyber Operations (DCO) Analyst to support the Headquarters Space Operations Command (HQ SpOC) Deputy Commanding General of Operations (DCG-O) S3/5 Cyber Mission Area Team (MAT) located at Peterson Space Force Base in Colorado Springs, CO.

An active TS/SCI clearance is required to be considered for this job.

The HQ SpOC generates, presents, and sustains combat-ready intelligence, cyber, space and combat support forces and serves as the USSF Service Component to USSPACECOM.

A strong candidate has experience with DCO capabilities. In this position, you will:

Support strategic technical planning and analysis for current and future cyber capabilities. Plan and create proactive defensive cyber capabilities. Conduct cyber capability and weapon system reviews. Write Concept of Operations and Operating and Enabling Concepts. Write training and exercise requirements for cyber capabilities. Integrate cyber effects for proactive defensive cyber capabilities of USSF weapon systems. Develop DCO standards to inform weapon system development and defenses of space systems. Develop strategy, prioritization, and policy to incorporate cyber operations into space systems. Travel may be required quarterly for a limited durations to support Customer events. Required Skills/Experience:

BA/BS degree required. Experience in providing strategic advice and recommendations, technical guidance, and analysis and recommendations in a Headquarters environment Demonstrated ability to prepare quality products including briefings, point/position papers, and staff packages for senior leaders. Self-Starter with ability to multi-task and quickly pivot across multiple work responsibilities in a dynamic environment in response to staff taskings. Ability to work with internal and external senior leaders, offices, directorates, and action officers. Methodical mindset: Able to follow troubleshooting protocols, solve problems, prepare recommendations, and clearly document solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent Microsoft Office application skills. The ability to work in a secure, confined location (i.e., SCIF). Preferred Skills/Experience:

Experience with Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) processes. Knowledge of the Software Acquisition Pathway is a plus. Requirements Management Level B certification Experience with US Space Force weapon systems and missions Headquarters Staff experience for a Service, Combatant Command, Field/Major Command, or equivalent Experience with Joint- or Service-level strategy and/or concept development Experience with Operations Integration and Sustainment Cyber operations or cyber support experience. Examples include: USCYBERCOM, Cyber Service Component (i.e., 16th Air Force, AFCYBER), Wing (67th Cyberspace Wing, 688th Cyberspace Wing), Network Warfare Squadron, Network Operations Squadron, Cyberspace Operations Squadron, Network Support Squadron OR equivalent. Compensation:

The salary for this position ranges from approximately $105,000 to $120,000 depending on relevant experience and qualifications.
