What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Lead a cross-functional team to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap Collaborate with key stakeholders to establish business objectives and facilitate sprint activities Advocate for customer-centric and data-driven deliverables with measurable outcomes Monitor user adoption strategies and assess user data to improve experiences Oversee an actionable and prioritized backlog while serving as a liaison among stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications): Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Business, or related field Minimum of 10 years of related experience in product development and agile methodologies Demonstrated knowledge of managing product development, preferably with Scrum and/or SAFe Strong relationship-building skills across various business functions Experience coaching and mentoring other Product Owners
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Experience in enterprise practices or large-scale transformations Proven ability to break down complex problems into simple, customer-focused solutions Familiarity with agile ceremonies and practices
