pages. Job Description: The Role: SiFive is leading the charge in changing the hardware ecosystem as we know it, by introducing leading edge IP based on RISC-V standards. Our portfolio ranges from embedded/IOT to high performance cores for datacenter and leading edge AI accelerators. Our customers rely on us to deliver cutting edge technology. As a Product Manager you will be responsible for clear articulation of SiFive product portfolio and value proposition across the various market segments. You will be working with IP architects and individual product owners to translate product specification and competitive positioning into marketing collaterals and tools for sales positioning, sales training. You will work with internal business development teams to define product categories for mapping our portfolio IP, identify top customers within categories, create collateral for targeted value propositions and identify the top customers. You will be guiding the Sales teams during customer engagements. In summary the organization will look to you to make it easy to engage with customers on our IPs. The role can take on a broad scope and varying mix of above mentioned activities over time depending on the candidates profile and skill set. What you need to show: To be successful in this role, you will need at 3-5 years of product management, technical marketing and/or technical sales experience in a semiconductor company, preferably in a semiconductor IP company. Knowledge of CPU architecture, system level understanding of microprocessors, FPGA and accelerators is desired. Demonstrated experience in translating technology to “why should you care’ is required. A background in AI frameworks and models is a plus. Above all a can-do attitude is a must to succeed and lead. Requirements BS in a related engineering field or equivalent work experience 3-5 years of product management, technical marketing and/or technical sales experience Experience having worked on and launched at least one product in the semiconductor industry Experience building sales, technical collaterals and tools Experience working with customers and strong executive presence Pay & Benefits Consistent with SiFive values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. We have a market-based pay structure which varies by location. Please note that the base pay range is a guideline, and our compensation range reflects the cost of labor in the U.S. geographic market based on the location of the role. Pay within these ranges varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and relevant work experience. For candidates who receive an offer, the starting salary will vary based on various factors including, but not limited to, such qualifications as, skill level, competencies, and work location. The range provided may represent a candidate range and may not reflect the full range for an individual tenured employee. Base Pay Range $165,600.00-$202,400.00 In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for variable/incentive compensation and/or equity. In addition, this role is eligible for a comprehensive, competitive benefits package which may include healthcare and retirement plans, paid time off, and more!
